All Ithan Mills homeowners belong to The Ithan Mills Homeowners Association. Annual dues = $150. A Board of Directors is elected at the annual spring membership meeting, and this Board convenes as necessary through the year to deal with the business of the neighborhood and matters in the surrounding community that affect us. The 2014-15 Board is Roy Perry, Richard Lane, Zach Conen, Kathy Watson, Q.B. Xiong and Mia Yeager.
